Milk and Mocha is more than just a place to grab food – it’s a place where you can truly connect with your community. We are passionate about giving back, and it all started with our very first fundraising event in April 2023, where we partnered with Compassionate Kenilworth to support people in need. We invited some amazing individuals from refugee backgrounds to speak and share their stories, and the community rallied behind us to raise over £600.00 – a resounding success that reminds us all of the power of kindness and compassion.

The event was a collaboration with Kurdish women seeking sanctuary in
Milk and Mocha is more than just a coffee shop. We are a community that is dedicated to making a difference. Recently, we hosted a charity event that brought together supporters of Kurdish culture and those who are passionate about making a positive impact in the world. The event was a collaboration with Kurdish women seeking sanctuary in the UK who prepared a stunning array of traditional Kurdish dishes. Attendees were treated to live poetry, dance performances, great food and company. We are thrilled to have raised £656.19 for training and education opportunities for these women, and we look forward to our next event.

Monique and her team have been selling Christmas cards and their fundraising efforts at Milk and Mocha has been hugely successful. As well as the sales from the cards and donations we manged to raise £557.73 for this amazing charity, who do amazing work at home and abroad.

Milk and Mocha isn’t just a place to satisfy your cravings for baked goods. We’re also passionate about making a difference in our community and the world at large. Our recent collaboration with SI Kenilworth was a testament to this. We’re proud to have partnered with such a fantastic group of women dedicated to making a difference. Together, we hosted a Macmillan coffee morning, and all cakes were baked by the Soroptimists themselves. It was a great event that brought a lot of people together and raised £400.16 for charity.

Our Diwali night saw the community of Kenilworth come together again. With good food and great company we raised over £800 for four charities. Even the staff at Milk and Mocha gave their wages for the evening towards the fundraiser.

They are a group of local volunteers who first rose to face the challenge of the pandemic, keeping people safe at home. Their focus now is to reduce the social isolation and loneliness witnessed to improve health o
We have teamed up with this amazing Kenilworth charity. Pauline is the founder of CK and this is her adopted furbaby Millie.
They are a group of local volunteers who first rose to face the challenge of the pandemic, keeping people safe at home. Their focus now is to reduce the social isolation and loneliness witnessed to improve health outcomes, and help make the town a happier place to live.
We were honoured to work alongside Pauline and her team, providing a warm space on a Wednesday morning, and subsidising the cost of hot drinks. This has enabled people from our local community to come together, socialise and enjoy games, a natter and some knitting.
Milk and Mocha has raised £445.00 this year for Compassionate Kenilworth. Keep up the good work CK.

To mark the end of the 16 days of activism Milk and Mocha teamed up with the Soroptimists Kenilworth.
The culmination was a reflection and a celebration of the 16 days. Members were on hand to answer any questions regarding the event, and President Amanda Jones ensured everything ran smoothly. We were honoured to be joined by Sir Jeremy W
